Had my screen replaced by the insurance company and I got my iPad back today. when I looked at it it kinda looks like there is something in the camera lens. Is this normal with this iPad or is it a botched repair? Here is a picture sorry for quality IMG_0009.JPG

Think that would affect the quality? I tried wiping it off so it’s inside the screen.

Can I assume the Insurance company was not affiliated with Apple Care Plus? With that being said, I would take it to the nearest Apple Store to see if they can detect a decrease in picture quality. I mean, unless you're hand is unsteady or a matter of lighting or lack thereof, photo quality should be quite high, in my opinion.

If you've done your best to clean the camera then I'd report it to the insurance company, and make sure they don't count it as a new claim, but as an inadequate "fix" from your last claim. My guess is that the people that did the screen replacement got something in the camera area -- from the picture it almost looks as if they used some type of spray while the case was open and some got on the camera lens or sensor.
