I understand, but your post is somewhat deceptive, in my personal opinion. The first line states:

"Free Music Download Ultimate" is the ultimate tool to download free & legal music and videos for your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch."

In the context above, a reasonable person might assume that the app is free especially when it is called "Free Music Download Ultimate" and is promoted as a "tool to download free & legal music and videos". Anyway, I wish you the best of success with your app. Take care.
