Forgot password for outlook

I've just bought a new iPad. I can't remember the password and there is no provision to recuperate it. What do I do now?

I already have an iPad and am wanting to setup outlook on my new one. When asked for my password there isn't the usual provision for "forgot password".
Help please.

I can still,access my emails on my old iPad.
