Forgot iPhone 5 password, how can I get a backup of my phone?

forgot iphone 5 password

Forgot my iphone 5 password and after a few attempts its disabled. I have not synced it with itunes on a laptop. How can I take the backup of my phone now and then restore it( I know how to restore). I know my apple id & password. I haven't saved my data on icloud. Please help me.

If you didn't sync your iPhone with iTunes or made a backup via iCloud, you can't restore your data now that the iPhone is disabled.
The best you can di is to set it up as new.

It's hard to believe anyone would not have a back up anywhere.

True, does not take one to back up a iPhone or iPad once the backup is done for the first time.

I really know people with legit iPhones that just use their devices without any backup :concern:

I meant that come here looking for a way to use a stolen device. It happens a lot. And they try every story you can think of.
