Folders or mass of apps

Ok just curious do u guys like to keep apps all over or neatly organised in folders I just put all mine in folders and feel way more organised!

I find that keeping em all in folders makes my iPhone 4 slower!

Anyone else find this happen to them?

Ye for me it all depends what mood I'm in but usually I leave them out because when I put them into folders I can't be bothered to take themnout again.

I put all in folders like "board games", "FPS Games", etc.

It depends on my mood as well. If I have time, I will manage them in folders

They're not mutually exclusive. I place certain apps in folders.
