last evening, phone froze. I tried different things.
I couldn't reach Apple.
Today, I called Att and they told me the usual. press both buttons, etc.....
I tried explaining that I had done that.

I did a quick search and got the answer. It worked!!

"My iphone would not reset. It was stuck on apple logo.
Itunes would not recognize it.

here is the answer: and it did work!!

First connect the phone to your computer and open itunes,
hold the home and sleep/wake button until the screen turns off then hold the home button. The screen shouldn't turn on. ITunes recognize the phone,
then restore it.

I am so thankful that I found this and it worked!! :eek:
