I'm finally going to force myself to get fit and start working out and eating healthier. Anyone have any app recommendations that you're using on your iPhone?

What do you exactly want to do? Keep track of workouts? Keep track of what you're eating? What kind of workouts?

I mostly just use RunKeeper and Sleep Cycle to keep track of my runs and sleep, but I do have MyFitnessPal sitting on my phone. I wanna get back to tracking what I eat at some point.

Seriously, I also use Pillow to track my sleep. Proper sleep is a big component in good health.

Thanks for the tip, John. I need to bulk back up a bit. I'm losing too much weight from working too darn much. I've never been this out of shape in my life. People might start thinking I'm on crack or something...(laughing)

I love 5x5. it's strict and only takes like 35-40 in gym or at home. 3 exercises every other day.

Kick it into beast mode!
