Question. Do all iPhones have to be under the same apple id for find my phone to work? If not how do I fix it. I could only see one of my kids phone now. Need to see both. Help and thanks in advance.

All devices must have the same Apple ID.

Here is an alternative method you can try out. Open find my ..., sign out and sign in with the apple id of your kid.
