Federal judge says Twitter is not a website during Texas tech law appeal

A Texas judge presiding over a hearing about a new tech law in the state is convinced that Twitter is not a website. Another judge expressed concern that not passing the law could allow mobile carriers to listen to phone calls and terminate calls when they heard speech they don't like.

Well, it's got a webpage, but the whole thing is confusing to me. I just don't like the idea of carriers being able to listen to phone conversations, and disconnecting them if they don't approve of what's being said.
