February 2024 Challenge - Can you do it?

You may be thinking, why am I posting this a day early? It’s because, g’day mate, I’m in Australia and it’s February 1!

My February challenge is to do at least 87 exercise minutes 14 times this month. This would normally be easy, but I’m traveling until the 19th, so it’s pretty unlikely.

How about you? Can you earn your February Challenge badge? (Once you know what it is of course. )

Thanks to some unexpected opportunities to run and a few other days doing things like kayaking, this turned out to be easier than I expected.
