Favourites Contacts name and photo sync issues

Hi there !
From time to time some of my contacts seem to loose the picture that i have saved and the name assigned to the number, too.
For example when looking at sms all i see is a tel no with no name. After sometime some names reassign themselves, others do not. Same with the picutures that i assign to a Contact, the field goes blank and i then have to go about finding the persons picture and save again.

On what device is this occurring? Have you tried rebooting your device or reconfiguring the account on the device that's associated with your contacts?

Try using only iCloud contacts. Not Google or some other. You can make all your contacts iCloud.

I even created a vCard of my contacts, shared it to my email. Then after doing some of what's in this link and toggling off Gmail for contacts. I added the vCard to my contacts. No more issues since.
