Favorites/Recents top Home

There was a setting on IOS 8 (I think in General) that caused Favorites/Recents to appear at top when home button was double clicked. Can't find a way to cause this to happen with IOS 9.

There was a setting on IOS 8 (I think in General) that caused Favorites/Recents to appear at top when home button was double clicked. Can't find a way to cause this to happen with IOS 9.

That has been removed from the app switcher page. The closest thing that you will find in iOS 9 is on the search page. From your home screen, swipe left to right. It's at the top of that page.
