Fantastical for Mac updates with due times for reminders, numerous fixes

Fantastical for Mac has been updated, fixing a number of problems and adding times for reminders. Two problems with Fantastical and Mavericks have been fixed, including a problem that would cause Fantastical to hang when creating events with invitees.
