I'm facing the most peculiar notifications related error on my phone. Basically, whenever I'm at my workplace, I receive no notifications from third party apps. I will open them and see all unread messages or emails or everything, I just never received the notifications. Or I'll unlock the phone and receive a sudden barrage of notifications from the past few minutes or hour.
It ONLY happens at my workplace. I use LTE and it works fine there. It's not slow or anything. The place isn't cut off from the world either, it's a normal building.
