Facebook, Twitter, message alerts popping up while in an app

I'm sure I was asked if I wanted to allow alerts while on apps and I said yes allow. Now I can't find the area in settings to change this. I'm starting to think I imagined it! I'm pretty new to iPad and iphone having been an android user until recently. Wish I'd got them sooner 😍😍 😍

Go to Settings-Notification Center and then scroll down and locate each app you mentioned. Tap on the individual app and make the necessary changes to the "Alert Style".

Scroll down and you will see a list of Allowed and then a list of Don't Allow
