Facebook Messenger now has 800 million monthly active users

Facebook Messenger is currently being accessed by 800 million monthly users, according to a news post from the company. It also offers some hints as to what new features and trends it might add to the service in 2016.

It's what I mainly use to contact with my friends who aren't in the country I'm in. Family back home too for the most part. I think it's a great app and would make it my main if Line weren't the juggernaut.

I like Facebook Messenger. Use it a good bit. I'm not fond of Zuckerberg and the Facebook company, but I like Messenger.

Even I 'm so bored of using web based facebook, I only love the fb messenger as it got the free calling feature.
