F.lux developers want to bring their color-shifting tool to iPhone and iPad

Flux, the developers behind the f.lux screen color-shifting tool for Mac, PC, and more, has praised Apple's inclusion of a similar feature in iOS 9.3, and asks that the company allow them to release f.lux for iPhone and iPad.
