Express VPN won’t connect to server

It keeps trying to connect, but doesn’t. It causes my wi-fi to disconnect also until I manually stop it from trying to connect.

I have tried other server locations but they won’t connect either.

Any suggestions??

Try disabling WiFi, then connect to the VPN. If that works as expected, I suspect that your ISP is purposely blocking VPN connections.

At work, we have run into exactly that situation with remote users unable to connect to the office network via VPN. A call to the ISP will often fix the issue, after explaining the VPN is required for work purposes.

Just got off of online chat with express VPN. I had to change the protocol and also update the app. It’s working again thank heavens!
