Exercise Rings Not Moving

So I did a rest on my watch and restored it from a backup. And ever since then my exercise ring hardly moves.
I work in maintenance and am walking non stop all day and on top of walking the dog in the evenings and it just doesn't seem to count anything anymore.
I've tried reset the calibration but it doesn't seem to help.
The pictures show 4 minutes from a 31 minute walk and walking at working all day.

I was having that very same issue last week. I ended up having to reset my watch without restoring from backup. The only thing I can figure that may have happened is one of the files in the app became corrupt. Typically reinstalling from backup works just fine, but it didn't for me in this instance.

Did you lose all your badges and history?

Those should be saved with the phones last backup. My history is still there, even for all those weeks where it didn't count any of my steps but saved everything else.
