It depends on the day for me. I really need to get moving more when I am not working, since it is painfully obviously how much I sit around at home. I am very active at work and burn roughly 2000 calories in a 10 hour shift.
I average about 8,000-9,000 steps a day since I got my watch. The trophies were kind of a selling point oddly enough for my wife. Her words were....it seems kind of stupid...but I really want to get trophies. Haha.
