Exchange and privacy

If you connect your iPhone to your company's MS Exchange server to sync your business contacts, email and calendars does your company then have full access to everything on your iphone (such as apps you install, sites you browse, etc)?

I asked because with a BBerry if you do so then the company can use the blackberry monitoring service to completely monitor everything you do on your BBerry.

nope, i have mine hooked up to the Exchange at work and my IT guy says that he can only see my ip address...

Thanks. At work, the IT dept has a restrictive BB policy and it is a real pain. Also, I was concerned just about privacy issues.
