Now that the iPad has made it to much of Europe and many North Americans are headed there during the coming summer, I'm wondering what our options might be for using our new iPads (with 3G) on local European cellular providers' data plans (at a reasonable cost). The iPads are "unlocked", so all we need is a chip and a plan! :)

Has anyone had experience with buying a short-term data plan with mico-SIM from a French cellular carrier?
