Had to go through AT&T to use 2-yr subsidy sadly. I miss using the Apple Store App for this.

I seen those same dates on AT&T, so I immediately switched over to Apple and of course AT&T wouldn't verify my upgrade. So, I just sent ahead and did a store reservation. I already got the store reservation confirmation. I was actually planning to be out of town that day and it just so happen the town I am traveling too has an Apple store, so that worked out good. I am looking forward to getting my Gold 64GB iPhone 6S Plus

No, it took me right to the place to select the store and then showed me all the appointment times available. I made my selection and hit enter. 2 minutes later I had an email confirmation with instructions on what to bring with me.

My son ordered his iPhone 6 from AT&T online and they said it would be a month and he actually got it on launch day. I think they are just trying to prevent anyone being upset by not getting it in case they over sell their initial allotment. Just a guess on my part though.
