First time on this blog. Hope someone can help!
Regardless of which computer I use to sync iphone, it won't show up in itunes. This message shows up "could not connect because unknown error occurred (OxE800005C).
Apple support thought it might be the windows Vista lockdown folder, but person couldn't tell me where to locate and suggested when I found it to just delete.
Anyone know what in the world this error message is or how I can fix it?
