Enable Profiles & Device Management

Hi All
I need to install app work related and I used to click on trust under Profiles & Device Management.
I am using IOS 14.3 How can I access that option again as it is missing from Settings --> General

The trust thing should be present after you’ve installed the work-related app because when you attempt to run it for the first time, you will be prompted to go to the Settings to trust the app.

I see.
What I did I removed the app this is why I can't see that option ,,,,now I can't install the app and I thought mistakenly because
"Profiles & Device Management" option is missing
