EMail text color makes it impossible to read

Hello

I received my Apple Watch this past Sunday. I will post my opinions on it in a later post, but I currently have a issue with email.

The notifications work great and I am getting emails from those I labeled as VIP's. The issue I am having is when I go to read the email, some of the emails text are a dark blue. This makes the text blend into the Apple Watch background color and makes the message impossible to read.

IS there a setting where I can change the color of the text on incoming emails (either n the phone or watch) or the background color of the watch

And just to clarify, the email notification (where a portion of the email is seen) is fine, It is when I click on the notification and try to read the full mail
