Email screen blank on mynipad

I'm having problems getting mail on my ipad, the screen is completely blank.
It started playing up this afternoon and I was typing and the text wouldn't appear until a minute latter. Now nothing.
So I deleted all my mail accounts and reinstalled-not helped! Any ideas?

Are you low on storage space? Is it possible that your iPad has water damage? If no to both then I suggest you restore your device and then set it up as new.
