Email management - multiple folders
Working with a client to move to Office 365 (Exchange email)
Currently, she has POP3 with all messages coming into the Inbox on the server. Outlook on the desktop downloads the messages and filters them based on client-side rules into various folders. There's probably several dozen, if not a hundred folders.
Moving to Exchange, she'd like to maintain message rules to automatically sort messages into folders. However, with this taking place on the server, how would that impact email management on the iPhone? Would she have to sync every folder under the inbox, or is there a way to display all the unread messages somehow in a "flat" structure.
Further, if we do decided to sync all the folders to the iPhone, I'm assuming all the unread emails will be displayed together without having to dig through all the folders? I'm not an iPhone user so I'm not familiar with how it works.
Thanks!
