Email address

I currently have an iPad two or three cannot remember but I am running off the new software but not the latest update. I keep sending emails to a specific email address and I have to type it in phone every time. It is not remembering it for some reason. I can type and others for the first time and it remembers those. Do you know what the reason for this is?

No. Are you using the native mail app? If so, would it be easy to create a contact for that particular email address?

Double check how you have this address in your contacts and compare it to another email that you send to. You may notice something that may help you figure this out.

Are you sure you're not entering it two different ways. Something must be different.
