Early Upgrade Through Verizon

Understand Verizon's promo will let people upgrade early as long as you are within 2 months of eligible upgrade date. Does anyone know if this promo is only through their stores or can you go to any store and as long as you have Verizon the promotion will work?

The early upgrade promo allows you to upgrade if your upgrade date was Nov. 15 or sooner. It's been automatically changed to Sept. 14.

You can do it thru any store. Your upgrade is showing as available if you had one on 11/15 or sooner.

If it's a problem just call retention. I got them to let me upgrade a year and a half early. I just asked nice actually. They are very helpful.

I actually spoke with a business rep yesterday and she said they would do an early upgrade for me and give me the promotion. I have until 10/31 to make up my mind which phone I want and they will order for me. Stoked!
