DXOMark rates the iPhone 8 Plus as having the best camera of any cell phone

DXOMark gave the iPhone 8 Plus a score of 94, the highest score they've ever given to a cell phone. You can read the report here.

Guess DXOMark matters around here again! It was consistently **** upon by the faithful when it was ranking Android cameras higher. Funny how that works, isn’t it? ??????

Mr. Mobile did real photo tests against the V30, Note 8, Pixel, and iPhone 8 Plus. The iPhone 8 Plus did consistently better in all scenarios, even the image stabilization is improved from the 7 Plus.

Not sure why that score would even matter considering no Samsung phones released this year were even scored.

They did test the s8, just under the old scoring. It scored an 88 -- but that number is not directly comparable to the new scores.
