Edit: Got response email from Cucusoft and uninstalled and re-installed from the file link that they gave me and it is now working. I now have to get it to convert with 1:1 video so it is like I am watching the DVD and the video doesn't look weird.

I hope I have posted this in the right forum area. I have purchased and downloaded DVD Ripper Ultimate and Video Converter Suite from Cucusoft and I am wondering if anyone is having any problems with it. I am using Windows 7x64 and I am getting an "Exception in encodeDLG!" pop-up along with the top toolbar messing up when I choose "Open DVD". I am trying Manos the Hands of Fate MST3K Special Edition: discs 1&2.
