Duplicate Facebook Game Access on the same device but w/two separate accounts. Why?

I share my IPad with family members. Two of us play one game via Face Book. Even though I log out of the game and my FB Account when the other family member logs into their FB Account and clicks on the Games App in Question it automatically brings the other family member into my Game App and not their own. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue

I do not know, and I can only *assume* that the game in question is tied to the device and not the accounts.

The game is most likely tied to the account that is set up in the phones settings. Go to Settings>Facebook and you will see the games and apps listed. You might try toggling off that game while the other person logs theirs in. Here's what I have in settings for Facebook.
