Downgrade ios 8.3 to 7.1.2 (iPhone 4s)

Hi,

I have a relative with a teenager child. Tonight they fought because dad upgraded his phone to iOS 8.3 (kid intentionally do not upgrade)

I thought I could help. Downloaded iOS 7.1.2 ipfw file for the device. Put in recovery mode. Used iTunes to force load already downloaded ipfw file. And then I get error 3194. Several trials also gave me same error. Searching Internet for a while gave me feedback that it's not easy to downgrade to earlier (not recent) iOS versions.

Device is not jailbroken and if possible we want to avoid that.

What I found so far is that there is a ipsf patch tool that might possibly do it. However I simply cannot find any right download link.

TinyUmbrella or iFaith, I could not manage to use these as each stuck for me at some point.

I appreciate any help to get the job done.

Sadly that's impossible. Apple isn't keen on downgrading
Not if you do not have your SHSH blobs saved anyways.

You can downgrade ios 8.3 or ios 8.4 jailbroken to iso 6.1.3 if you want.

Please send me a guide how to downgrad ipad mini ios from 8.3 to 6.1.3 or 7.1.2.

Sadly you can't downgrade to iOS 7 but you can downgrade to iOS 6
