Downgrade from 10.x to 9.3.x

Good Morning,

I'm trying to find a way to downgrade my iPad's from 10.x to 9.3.x. I already have a copy of the IPSW 9.3.5 for my cellular version of the iPad. every time i attempt to restore it via iTunes i get an error 3194.

Has anyone successfully done this and if so how!

I don't believe Apple still signs 9.3.5 for those devices that supports 10... hence the error...

anyway to fake the signing?
