So let me get this straight: Because I built a better product and marketed it in a certain manner to the point where people all over the world want it, I’m at fault because other companies aren’t able to do the same with their products - specifically the smartphone.

I see that the DOJ didn’t mention RIM who flat out control the business and government market for a time BEFORE the arrival of the iPhone.

Is it Apple’s fault that RIM failed to accept that concept that the mobile phone would become what is is today?
