Will the Apple Pencil come in a bundle with the iPad Pro mini? This will be my first iPad and I would like to know l if it considered an add on item or something extra I have to buy?

Unless you are buying from a re-seller that is offering a bundle, the Apple Pencil would be a separate purchase.

It should have a pen in the bundle like surface pro does, but it didn't , too expensive for a tablet, for Canada the 32g wifi only iPad Pro cost $900 without pen, that's insane , I cancelled my order eventually.

As much as I'm enjoying my 9.7" iPad Pro, there's no way I would have paid $900 for it as a standalone item, and I also agree that the Pencil should have been included with the purchase of the iPad Pro.
