Does selecting favorites effect songs playing on apple music radio stations?

I listen to the Classic Rock radio station a lot. If I click the 'heart' on a song will the content of the station change as the station "learns" about me. Or does it only effect the contents of the "For You" section? Or does it even do that?



Sorry, I know this is a rookie question...I decided to give Apple Music a try...been using Pandora for years.
