Does restoring damage iPhone?

IF u restore your iPhone alot does it damage the Phone? Does the battery get worse or something?
I Also wonder IF iOS beta version gets removed by restoring.

Restoring the phone will not damage the iPhone. When you restore it will download the full install file from Apple so it will be restored to whatever the current released OS is. So for now, 11.4.1

Not unless you elect to restore the official iOS version. With that in mind, the beta profile will indeed be removed during a restore.

This is not entirely correct. There is no way to restore the phone from the phone itself. If you do the erase and wipe on the phone then the OS will still be the same. However if you are restoring the phone you need iTunes and the option to restore will download the IPSW from Apple to apply. So if the OP is doing the settings > general > reset > erase all content and settings then the OS will stay. If they are doing a restore in iTunes then it will get the latest public release os.

You have to go through specific steps to remove a beta version of iOS. Those steps can be found

I’m missing something. I automatically assumed iTunes is the method of restoring. That’s a given.

The OP asked whether or not the beta would be removed with a restore, and I said not unless you opt to restore to the official version.

You don't have a choice not to restore to the non official version. Unless you have the IPSW file and do option+restore to select the file.
