Does respringing my iPhone4 cause the usage stats to be reset

Hi!

With all this battery usage talk lately, I decided to actually look at my Settings-General-Usage to see my time since last charge. I looked earlier today and I had some figures. I looked just now, and I have the dashes ... WTH?!
The only thing I can think of is that I resprung earlier after deleting a package off of Cydia (I'm obviously jailbroken). Just wondering if my assumption is correct?

Yes when you respring you get the dashs on your usage. You have to fully charge your iPhone for it to get it going again.
