Does receiving messages, emails, snapchats, tweets, etc used data?

Hi. I was just wondering if receiving messages, emails, snapchats, tweets, etc used data? I have unlimited data right now so it doesn't matter if I leave it on all night, but in 3 months I'll only have 500mb so I just need to know! Thanks

Yes I know to turn my cellular data and just use wifi. I just wasn't sure if receiving things used up data if my cellular data is on and wifi off. I keep trying to see what my usage is then receive something and checking again haha

If you have unlimited data than don't worry about it but to list data consumption
