Does iPhone need to be Jailbroken to change SMS Tones with iPhoneBrowser or Diskaid?

Would like to change my SMS Tones without jailbreaking my iPhone. Can I use iPhoneBrowser or Diskaid to do this on my unjailbroken iPhone 3GS?

Not possible. You have to jailbreak to SSH it onto the iPhone.
