I saw people say doing it repeatedly can damage the battery, and decreases its overall life, but I had to do it like twice because it kept freezing, is it true that force restart can decrease the battery lifespan?

I don't see why this would harm the battery in any way.

Even if so, doing it twice doesn't count as repeatedly. Either way, you're safe.
