Does anyone have a solution to fix Cydia without restoring or updating iOS?

[iMore Question]

apps and tweaks installation process go well till (( respiring or return back to cydia ))
find no app icon appear
but tweaks only appear in settings

can't install Ifile to fix
and my 4s appear ( jailed ) on ifunbox ( all explorer progs too)so can't reach root files by ssh

in addition Tiag jailbreak win prog read my iphone jailbroken ( can't rejailbreak )

any one have a solution to fix cydia without restore or update ios

i figured out a solution that just reset my cydia without any restore or root file access

i just removed ( cydia substrate ) from cydia
it asked for a respring but i closed cydia with no respring & killed it
then opened cydia and installed ( cydia substrate )
it worked perfectly for me
