Do You Use A Case?

I'm new here and decided to ask a question... hopefully this isn't wrong. Do you use a case on your phone? I'm using an invisibleSHIELD on the white back glass and one on the front black glass (full body invisibleSHIELD). I don't really like cases and i'm relatively careful with my iPhone 4.
