Dude had some issues for sure. Too bad they didnt hit him with bean bag rounds from shotguns. Non-lethal but incredibly painful. Used as a stun round rather than to do any damage. Safer for any innocent who could get caught in the cross fire.

Also notice the fact that only one mall employee seemed to do anything about the guy everyone else just stood around and watched, more or less.
