Do you think Apple iPhone 4 Retina display is better than AMOLED?

Jobs said the Retina display is much better than the AMOLED display, which is used in Samsung?s newly-launched Galaxy S smartphone, citing its higher resolution.
What do you think?
As for me just because the Iphone has a slightly higher resolution,doesn't make it a better screen..
Resolution is just one factor that determines the quality.. Looking at the iphone 4 screen in videos it doesnt look anywhere near as amazing as Samsung's Super Amoled..

I've used both devices and they are pretty close in comparison. I would probably give the edge to Apple.

I would say it's better because it does provide extremely deep blacks, IPS viewing angles, and it is useful outside. I don't think amoled has enough benefits to compete with that as a better screen tech.
