Do you have to have WiFi to watch Apple TV?

I watch Apple TV all the time and when I leave the house I try watching and it says please connect to WiFi. Is there any way I can watch Apple TV without WiFi?

Nope. It needs to be connected either to a WiFi or wired network.

If you plug an Ethernet cable into it you won’t need WiFi.
