Do not disturb

how many rings will i hear if user has placed me on do not disturb? i keep hearing two rings then voicemail, could this be the do not disturb feature in effect?

Well, they haven’t placed YOU on DND, they’ve placed their phone on DND. Unless that person has created an exception to allow your calls to go through anyway you will generally hear 1-2 rings (usually just 1) and then be sent to voicemail.
