Display out - ipod 4th gen

I am running a NES emulator on my ipod 4th gen, it is controlled by WII remotes, i was wondering if i could get my ipod display and put it on my computer to then put onto my TV.
how could i mirror my ipod 4th gen to my PC?
(preferably using a sync cable or a wireless alternative, but i don't mind buying additional stuff)
